Friends in Chicago . . . We had such a blast in Chicago this past weekend. We met Gavin, Hans and Andrea at two toots on Friday night. It is always so much fun to hang out with them. Jack always asks to go to Gavin's "whole city." He must think the city is his condo complex. I wonder what he will call Gavin's new home.

On Saturday, we swam in the hotel pool and visited mom's friend Dawn and her family. We went to two toots again with Emma. Then we played at a park in Glen Ellyn and Jack went "ice skating." I had not seen Dawn in more than ten years - how things change.

We spent Saturday night with Bennett and Annabel . Jack loved playing with Bennett. Annabel was helping Alex learn how to play Go Fish.
