Memorial Day Weekend. We had a busy Memorial Day weekend with Lilly's bowling birthday party, visiting Gavin and playing putt putt golf with Grandma and Pappa! Jack and Alex had a great time bowling and eating cake at Lilly's birthday party! Mommy really enjoyed the Bill Knapps cake. We miss Bill Knapps and their birthday cakes! We also had a great visit with Hans, Andrea and Gavin. Jack absolutely loves to visit with Gavin in Michigan, and especially in Chicago. He always asks why Chicago is a bigger city than Grand Rapids. They played at the Grand Haven Imagination Station. Alex enjoyed swinging with Mommy and Andrea. The last big event for Memorial Day was putt putting with Grandma and Pappa. I think Daddy won - Mommy gave up taking score after the third hole. Alex loved playing putt putt and was so stubborn that he would not play with his plastic club, he had to play with an adult club.





Nana and Papa's Visit. Nana & Papa came to visit in May. We had ice cream in Rockford and played pool at Grandma andPappa's house. Jack loved having Nana and Papa read a million stories before bed, and a few pretend stories that we could never duplicate!
