18 Months Old. Alex is 18 months old and is extremely busy.

Balls, balls, and more balls. He absolutely loves balls, soccer balls, basketballs, tennis balls, baseballs, billiards - anything that is round - he will test to see if it rolls.

Alex loves to climb - the kitchen table, Jack's rocking chair, the stool in the boys' bathroom (to get all the toothbrushes) and the coffee tables. Luckily, he has not tried to climb out of his crib!

He tries to feed himself with forks and spoons and wants to drink out of a regular cup.

He blows bubbles in the bathtub and loves water and swimming.

Alex has quite a few things to say these days - mostly it is STOP, No, Ready - Set - Go or Thank-You.

Alex will hug you when you pick him up. He is a little lover boy.

Alex likes to rock out in the car - it is especially funny to see both fists pumping in the air. We have not figured out which music causes those little moves. We are excited to start Kindermusik again this fall with him. He also loves to play the drums in the basement.

Alex's favorite book is the Find the Duck book - he loves to point at the duck.

Alex, we are having so much fun with you. We love to see your smile, hear your constant chatter and listen to your tiny feet running all over the house. We love you.
