Halloween

Before trick or treating, Grandma and Papa came over for a Halloween dinner followed by a desert of Mommy's homemade pumpkin cupcakes. Jack originally wanted Daddy to make him a Thomas the Train costume similar to the Percy costume he made last year. However, 3 days before Halloween, Jack changed his mind and decided he wanted to go as a prince (much to Daddy's relief). It turns out that that was a great decision since Jack practically ran the entire Trick or Treating Route with the other neighborhood boys - he never could have kept up in the Thomas costume. Alex went as cookie monster - although he was not exactly crazy about the costume. Mommy, of course, was in charge of the Jack-O-Lantern's again this year. Jack liked the Ghost Jack-O-Lantern the best. Alex was a little unsure of the whole process, but once he got past the first two houses, he picked up the process pretty quickly.
