Jack

Jack is our little lover.  He loves to give kisses to his family and friends to the dismay of some of his little friends.  He gives Samantha kisses all the time!

Jack gives me suggestions on what would make his day special - usually going putt putting, to the theater, jump jump or some sort of treat.  Jack loves to read and play board games but he is not good at losing.  I think Sorry is his favorite game.  He will even read a couple of books to Alex and Samantha - usually Brown Bear or Go Dogs Go.

Jack is very excited to start Kindergarten.  Once he turned 5, he asked if he would start the "next day."  It was hard to explain that he had almost an entire year to wait.  It is going to be difficult for me to watch him take the next step to school.  Once he hits those halls, I am sure he is going to grow up extra fast.  However, he is so ready to start school.

Since we just went to Toy Story 3, Jack has been watching Toy Story nonstop.  He loves that movie.  He is hoping to receive Toy Story 2 at his summer birthday.

Jack loves to ride his scooter around the neighborhood and his bike.  He rides up many of the driveways that have a hill to get a good speed going and races down the hill.  We have to remind him to look both ways.

Jack has enjoyed playing T-ball, football and soccer.  He has told us that soccer is his favorite sport.  His allergy shots have helped him run faster.

Jack is a big help - he will help Mommy clean.  He likes to dust and clean the windows.

A few of Jack's more colorful sayings:  When speaking to his friend Tyler, Jack told Tyler that Mommy's milk is Vanilla, not Chocolate or Strawberry.  Today, Jack asked me why I kept him in Time Out for 3 hours.  I mentioned that he fell asleep in the chair but he did not believe me.

Jack is very strong willed.  He will question our authority multiple times a day.  We expect him to be a lawyer but he still wants to be a Train Conductor.

We love you so much Jack - your questions, explanations and wisdom keep us laughing.
