Here we go!  Disney Trip Part IV!  The kids started with a trail of Mickey heads to their Disney bags . . . containing a T-shirt made by Daddy and an autograph book!  Alex and Mommy flew together and Daddy took Jack and Samantha because Mommy had gotten bumped last year and had a free ticket.

Samantha had no idea what was going on.  I think she wanted to get things going!

Samantha was dressed to go on the trip!

Jack and Alex trying to make a plan of attack . . . while Alex and Annie ran around the rooms!

The first night we enjoyed the Octoberfest at Shades of Green.  The kids got their faces painted and had balloon guns made.  Alex ran around doing his "interpretive dance" to the oomph pa band!

Jack with his machine gun!

Alex and Anneka were decked out!

Before the first day, we got the lanyards ready to go with lots of pins.  Samantha was interested in opening the pins but she found better things - her bottle.

The Polynesian!  We were kind of set back that the Polynesian was requiring wrist bands for the guests staying there to use the pool.  We dodged the Polynesian police and were able to have the kids swim for a long time.  It will not be so easy if they continue this practice.

The make up took several times down the slide before it came off!

Samantha enjoyed sleeping at the pool!

We do love the Polynesian!   After swimming for awhile, we made the trek back to the Shades of Green and found this friendly animal watching us!

Heading out!  The second night we ate at the Hoop De Doo review and started out with the Monorail ride to the Magic Kingdom.

The boat ride over to the Wilderness Campground . . .

Killing time before the show!

The VerMeulens arrive!  Jack and Alex sat next to each other - I think Girl Alex was a part of that decision :)

Samantha enjoyed the show but she loved to hang onto her bottle - a little nervous with all the commotion.

We had quite the drama after the Hoop de Doo review.  Daddy was hyped up on Disney and Mommy was distracted by the VerMeulens.  Mommy told Alex to stay with us on the dock.  Mommy thought Alex was with Daddy and Daddy thought Alex was in Mommy - Mommy was outside the boat and Daddy was inside the boat.  When we got off the boat at Magic Kingdom, we realized our mistake - we had left Alex at the Wilderness Campground.  Luckily the boat driver called over to the Campground and alerted them and they picked up Alex but it was scary.  When we finally made it back, Alex was playing horseshoes and did not seem phased by the ordeal at all.  As parents, we constantly kept our eyes on Alex for the rest of the trip - he is slippery kid.

Just us and the park - my favorite time!  It is a tradition to eat at Cinderella's castle for breakfast the first day so we can get some great pictures before the park opens.

I think Jack was a little intimidated.

Will you get this thing away from me?

The princess forgot her crown!  Or was trying to ditch it for a pirate's sword.

Alex was trying to impress Ariel with his sword.

Lady, get away from me!  I am trying to eat here!

Goofing off - as usual!  I guess you need a few candid shots!

Teamwork!  The sword does come out for the right person . . . maybe someday it will for us!

They gave up - after a really good try!

It's a Small World - Samantha's favorite ride at Disney - she could have ridden it for hours!
