Santa came a little early this year but noone was complaining. The kids took a bath, climbed into their pj's and were very excited for Santa to arrive. Alex kept on pushing the Christmas Thomas around his tree. Unfortunately, it would not go any faster. The biggest kid of all, Austin, could not stand it.
We watched the Little Drummer Boy before reading a couple of stories. Daddy read the Polar Express and the Night Before Christmas to the boys. Austin was not too impressed by either book. Alex was more interested in the ornament that he pulled off the tree. He tried to eat it a couple of times, and then throw it . . . why wouldn't a glass ball bounce? Jack placed a very special train Christmas cookie out for Santa and 8 carrots for the reindeer, of course.
