The kids were up early Christmas morning and raced up the stairs. Maya and Jacob are always the first to wake up - they usually have to wake Jack up from his slumber. Looks like Jack was still sleepy coming up the stairs. Austin came first, then Maya, Jacob and Jack. Maybe next year Jack!
