Day Four - Hollywood Studios. The Grimms were back in action when we headed to Hollywood or Disney Studios. We tried to follow the Touring Plan but I think everyone was on the same Touring Plan that we were. We arrived at the park about 20 minutes before the park opened. As soon as the rope dropped, we made a mad dash to Toy Story Mania - along with everyone else in the park. By 9:15, the line for Toy Story Mania was already 40 minutes long with the fast past line being 30 minutes. So we decided to just wait it out and ride Toy Story Mania first thing in the morning. Waiting in line was not that bad due to the incredible theming of the queue line. The ride was decked out like you had been miniaturized and dropped in a toy box. We were surrounded by life size tinker toys, candyland pieces, and legos. As you got closer to the end of the line, a giant Mr. Potato Head entertained you. The kids had a great time taking with Mr. Potato Head and posing for pictures with him. Toy Story Mania the ride was awesome. It is a 3d ride similar to buzz lightyear. You ride around in these little cars each equipped with a two pop guns. At each station, you attempt to shoot as many 3-D targets as possible. Although it was difficult to aim at the targets with Alex in her lap, Mommy somehow beat Daddy's score.

After Toy Story Mania, we headed to the Honey I Shrunk the Kids play area. Now that was a hit with all the kids. Jack had a ball and could have stayed for hours. Uncle Pat, Daddy and Mommy went to the Star Wars ride while Aunt Nettie watched the kids at the Honey I Shrunk the Kids playground.


After the play area, we went to see the Beauty and the Beast show. Then we headed to our last character lunch with the Little Einsteins. We met June and Leo. Leo was very excited to see his picture in the autograph book. He spent alot of time with Alex too. Alex wanted his eye glasses. We also met JoJo and Goliath.










After lunch, we headed to the Playhouse Disney Show. Jack watches Playhouse Disney everyday. The show had the characters from Mickey's Playhouse, Handy Mandy, Little Einsteins, and Tigger and Pooh. Jack got excited as the characters from each of his favorite shows appeared on the stage. Alex and Jack especially loved the bubble drop that occurred halfway though the show. The boys danced to the music and enjoyed the show.

After Playhouse Disney, we ran into the Grimms again to watch the Disney Studios block party. This was really a great parade. Jacob was very excited to spend some time with Alex. They were quite the pair. The parade stopped in front of your area and the Green Army Man ordered everyone to get up and dance to the music. At one point, the cast members in the parade invite the children watching the parade to come out and dance with them. Maya, Jack, and Jacob were all a little tentative at first. Alex on the other hand was raring to go and went out and started dancing with the cast members almost immediately. Not to be outdone by Alex, Maya, Jack, and Jacob soon followed. Alex even got to have a his own little dance with one of the cast members. The kid is not shy at all, he will go up to anyone who even smiles at him.






Following the parade, we split up again to see different things. Aunt Nettie, Uncle Pat, Maya and Jacob hung around for the High School Musical show where Maya got called out of the audience to dance with one of the cast members. Mommy, Daddy, Jack, and Alex went to the Lights, Camera, Action stunt show. Both boys really enjoyed the stunt show. After the stunt show, we strolled over to Luigi's garage where Jack got a picture with Lightening McQueen and Tow Mater. While Mommy and Daddy saved Jack's spot in line, Jack took a catnap on one of the benches.





After getting out picture with Lightening McQueen and Tow Mater, Daddy headed over to Tower of Terror while Mommy and the Boys headed back over to the Honey I Shrunk the Kids pay area. Unfortunately, it was closed -who would have guessed? I had two disappointed little boys. Jack asked a million questions - I did not understand why it was closed either. We will know next time. So I took the boys to the 3D Muppet Show - it was a cute show. Daddy came back from Tower of Terror and took over watching the boys while Mommy took her turn on the Rock and Roll Rollercoaster.

While Mommy was on the Rock and Rollercoaster, Daddy and the boys strolled around the park. After Mommy road the Rock and Rollercoaster, Daddy took the boys and got in line for Fantasmic - Disney Studios big end of the night show. In order to get a seat, we had to get in line 90 minutes prior to the show time. While Daddy waited with the kids, Mommy road Tower of Terror. The Tower of Terror was awesome. Then we switched and Daddy road the Rock N Rolller coaster - we had a long wait. The Fantasmic show was just incredible. Disney certainly knows how to put on a fireworks show. I am glad we waited to see it. Both Alex and Jack absolutely loved it.

After the show, we made our exit out of the park. Once again, both boys were out cold. It was another wonderful day.
