8 Months Old and Crawling!  Samantha has been on the move!  She went from rocking back and forth this month, to a little crawling forward before falling down (and rolling), to full out MOVING!!!  She finds everything on the floor- anything little is hers!  I can only imagine what types of food she has found but the kids toys that I find in her mouth, not so good!  It is much harder with the third to keep all of those things away.  She also was a big fan of the huge poinsetta.  I found a few leaves in her hands.  She liked to pull on the crinkly paper that surround the plant.  Once she started crawling, Samantha started to pull herself up on the kitchen chairs and bite the wood.  It must feel good on those teeth.  Then, on Wednesday, December 5, she pulled herself up to a standing position.  We learned that it was time to lower the crib this month.  Such a busy, happy girl!  She, however, does not like trying to get down from a standing position and has fallen a few times.  She cries because she is startled when she falls.
